These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Loam & Leash. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Illustrations show the product design; actual color and finish may vary slightly. Our products are cleaning tools and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; in that case you're refunded in full.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping policy and Returns policy are part of these terms.
Safe use
Supervise your pet while using our products. Use lukewarm, not hot, water. Stop using the product if your pet shows discomfort, and consult a veterinarian for any paw injury.
Discount codes
Codes are one per order, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may expire.
Intellectual property
The site content, including text, illustrations and the Loam & Leash name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Loam & Leash is registered, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
