This policy explains what personal information Loam & Leash ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (if given) and order details. Payments are processed by our payment provider (such as Stripe or PayPal); we never receive or store your full card number.
- Email list: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Usage data: if analytics are enabled, pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, collected through tools such as Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Cart data: your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it's there when you come back. We don't receive it until you check out.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including sharing your name and address with our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers.
- To send emails you signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and content are useful, and to improve the store.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the store: payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, analytics and order fulfillment. They receive only the information needed for their task.
Cookies
The store itself uses browser local storage for your cart. If analytics are enabled, the analytics provider may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending marketing emails. Depending on where you live (for example California, under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights. Email valentin.catena00@gmail.com and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and email-list data until you unsubscribe.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
